The Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire

The Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) has been developed by Dr K V Petrides and Professor Adrian Furnham, University College London. Emotional intelligence assessment is an accurate and objective way to measure emotional intelligence and competence in the work place.

Research suggests that emotional intelligence accounts for as much as 31% of success in management contexts. An emotional intelligence test will enable you to measure this.
EI assessment is a predictor of performance, telling you how well people understand and manage their emotions, how well they interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how they use this knowledge to manage relationships. The Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire can add real value to your business in helping to coach, manage and develop more effective people.
The questionnaire comprises 153 questions ranked through seven options from 'completely agree' to 'completely disagree'. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers, no bad scores, simply facets of emotion.
You will undertake TEIQue as part of the programme. An 8ack Executive Coach (a qualified TEIQue assessor) will provide feedback prior to Forum One.
