Pre-Programme Preparation

Assessments

  • Participants complete, on-line, the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series (HPI, HDS, MVPI)
    • The assessments include a variety of scales that create profiles to reveal competencies, de-railers, values, reasoning skills, and leadership characteristics, helping you to better understand yourself. Data from the assessments produce easy-to-read reports that contain strengths and recommendations for development. More at hoganassessments.com
  • Participants complete, on-line, The Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. (TEIQ)
    • TEIQ has been developed by Dr K V Petrides and Professor Adrian Furnham, both of University College London. This assessment is an accurate and objective way to measure emotional intelligence and competence in the work place. Validation information about TEIQ may be found here TEIQ's own web site is www.teique.com
  • Participants have the option** to instigate Reflections 360° - another on-line instrument.
    • Many organisations use 360-degree feedback to support talent development by gaining self awareness into how colleagues perceive them and their actual reputation at work. This insight can help to understand behavioural strengths upon which to build, as well as specific behaviours or skills to demonstrate more or less of, and thus increase personal effectiveness. *Reflections 360 is aligned with the competencies assessed in the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series.
