Emma Wheat
Emma is a highly skilled developer of people, facilitating the growth, learning and well being of individuals and their teams. Her insight and understanding cross-cultural development and integration stems from over 13 years working throughout the Middle East. She blends her past 20 years' experiences as Teacher, British Embassy Commercial Officer and Senior Corporate Management with powerful coaching to create changes within leaders at all levels.

Doug Lambert
Doug Lambert has 26 years of senior executive experience at Board level, with a leading international petroleum company. As a coach, he has worked with a cross-section of senior executives, including: Dubai government officials at Chairman, Under Secretary, CEO, MD, Vice President and Director level and with industry leaders such as Merrill Lynch, Dubai Holding, Dubai World, Emirates and Jumeirah Group. Louisa Coates
Louisa has pursued her interest in developing the people that bring business alive for over 20 years. From HR specialist with Hewlett Packard in the UK back in the 80's to consultancy in London and the Middle East, working with global organisations on major organisational change and talent management programmes. She went on to specialise in developing individuals and teams and completed her Masters in Strategic Management with original research on Women on the Board.
She is a regional coach and facilitator with London Business School on the MBA and executive programmes.

Paul is an internationally recognised HR Consultant with specialist knowledge and a wealth of experience of implementing leadership and employee development strategies.
