  Doug Lambert

  Doug Lambert has 26 years of senior executive experience at Board level, with a leading international petroleum company. As a coach, he has worked with a cross-section of senior executives, including: Dubai government officials at Chairman, Under Secretary, CEO, MD, Vice President and Director level and with industry leaders such as Merrill Lynch, Dubai Holding, Dubai World, Emirates and Jumeirah Group. Doug has an impressive track record of coaching numerous high profile people in demanding jobs and significantly improving their effectiveness and helping them to realise their full potential.

  Louisa Coates

  Louisa has pursued her interest in developing the people that bring business alive for over 20 years. From HR specialist with Hewlett Packard in the UK back in the 80's to consultancy in London and the Middle East, working with global organisations on major organisational change and talent management programmes. She went on to specialise in developing individuals and teams and completed her Masters in Strategic Management with original research on Women on the Board.

  She is a regional coach and facilitator with London Business School on the MBA and executive programmes.

  Mark Garrod

  Mark is an certified corporate coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. To date he has delivered over 500 hours of coaching. Previously, Mark worked, for over 15 years, in the corporate world with BP Oil PLC and Leo Burnett Global.

  Ricarda has 20 years management experience in the marketing communications sector at leading multinational companies.   Melvyn has over twenty years commercial experience as a senior manager and a director of leading UK businesses including FTSE 100 Companies. Today he provides training and coaching to a wide spectrum of leaders from both the private and public sector.   Paul Turner

  Paul is an internationally recognised HR Consultant with specialist knowledge and a wealth of experience of implementing leadership and employee development strategies. He also has extensive know-how in leading sales and customer service teams and a strong track record of success as an Operations and HR Executive in the financial services sector.

  He was recognised as Best International HR Executive 2004, Top 40 UK HR Power Players List; 2005 and 2006, Top 100 Most Influential UK HR Directors List; 2006 and 2007 and HR, UK Director of the Year Award Finalist 2006.
